PAYMENT POLICY
All transactions on mistyqe.com are processed via Paypal (Paypal processes your credit cards too if you do not have an account) and are governed by Paypal’s Privacy Policy. I don’t receive anything other than your name and shipping address for your order.

PROCESS FOR CUSTOM PRINT ORDERS
Please email me at hello@mistyqe.com for any redesign or a custom order with the following information –
Link to my zazzle invite you wish to customize
Your event information – date, time, venue, etc.
Any photos if the template needs it
Any minor changes you request

Once custom design is paid for, I will create your drafts and send you the digital proofs for approval, generally within 48-72 hours. Please note design work will not begin until your payment has been received.

Up to 3 revisions can be made at no additional charge. Any further revisions will incur a charge of $5 each, no matter how small.

Once the final proof is approved by you, I upload it to Zazzle and send you your private link. You can then purchase as many as you need through Zazzle’s website.

Please note any typos and / or errors before purchase. Once bought, it is usually not possible to change anything.

PRINTING AND SHIPPING
Mistyqe does not ship out any physical products. All printing and shipping orders are fulfilled via Zazzle. Please contact Zazzle’s customer service for any questions regarding your orders.

RETURNS

EXTERNAL LINKS TO ZAZZLE
Items that are linked to mistyqe’s zazzle store for purchase are completed via Zazzle’s checkout process and are governed by Zazzle’s privacy policies.

GOOD TO KNOW
Your invitations are fully customizable. We can change fonts, colors, design a different backer to fit your event. Just ask. Many more coordinating pieces are available. Please tell us if you have something in mind, and we will try to create it for you.

TURNAROUND TIME
Orders take between 24-72 hours to get from first contact to final draft, sometimes more, depending on the level of customization. Please take this time frame into consideration when ordering as all orders are processed in the order in which payments and information have been received. During busy seasons, these times may change. You will be notified of the changes, if any.

INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS / PRINTABLE FILES
You may NOT claim any designs on this site as your own. NO physical product will be shipped. There are no limits for how many times you can download the file. You may NOT alter the files in ANY way. You may NOT use the images as part of another design for free downloads or commercial use. You may NOT sell these files as is, share them or use them in your own giveaways as freebies. COLOR MATCHING
Every computer screen or tablet displays colors differently due to their individual calibrations. Though we make every effort to display our merchandise accurately in the photos, the printed product may be slightly different from what you see on your screen. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding color. We strongly suggest purchasing a sample before purchasing.

PHOTO AND CONTENT SUBMISSIONS
By submitting photos and/or any other content for use in your personal invitations, you agree that you own the copyright to the image or have the owner’s permission to use the photo. We cannot be held responsible for any misuse of copyrighted images.

Photos submitted should be print quality, a minimum of 300 dpi at printed size. Lesser quality photos will not be accepted or we will need a written approval from buyer mentioning we are not responsible for poor print quality of photograph.

REFUNDS FOR DESIGN WORK
All digital orders are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

For print orders, once you’ve been emailed the first draft, there can be no refund as we’ve already done the design work. 🙂 We will work with you to make sure your custom invitations are exactly as you envisioned.
